06 Dominique Sparkling Brut

This wine is named after our daughter who was born in France in 1991.

This beautiful Champagne-inspired wine has had 5 years on lees. Made in the 'Méthode Champenoise' Style, the blend is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. It has an enduring bead, is sumptuous in texture and is lovely and fresh - a wonderful palate-cleanser. The contrast of the dryness and the freshness is truly special.
