08 June 2013 — Wow, what a busy few months we’ve had! As winter settles into the vineyard, it brings with it a barrel of exciting new changes. From the kitchen to the restaurant floor, and the winery to the cellar door, the future of Vélo is as bright and sparkly as our vintage Dominique sparkling!
